Celebrating success - Danone Waters social incentive

This initiative celebrates success for exceeding performance expectations. Partly we 'thank' the team with a great day out where we can just have fun. Secondly, the team recognises those less fortunate and takes the opportunity to give something back to society. This year we are supporting a school in Kenya by sending volunteers out to help build classrooms.

We constantly challenge each other and although the environment is pressured, we manage to find a way to enjoy each task at hand.
