Individual development plan

Your career goals and development are kept on track using your Performance Development Review and Individual Development plan. Your plan will include a mixture of: interesting work assignments, comprehensive training programmes in the UK and overseas, in addition to great managment, coaching and mentoring.

Secondments & placements

Where appropriate, we will facilitate opportunities for you to complete interesting secondments and placements away from your usual role and we will actively support you in gaining further professional qualifications.

Danone Academy

We have a number of learning and development initiatives to bring out your best attributes and ensure you succeed. The Danone Academy, held in the UK and campuses across Europe, enables you to attend a mix of 'fillers' or modules aimed at building your functional and general management skills. We offer 30 hours of training to each person per year.

Networking

We encourage you to network and share knowledge and best practices with other Danoners in the UK and throughout the world. You might also become a trainer, mentor and manager, so you are given the opportunity to develop others too!
