What happens to my details if I apply online?

You will receive a message acknowledging safe receipt of your application within 24 hours. We screen all applications and aim to respond to all candidates on whether or not they have been successful. However, during peak periods we are occasionally only able to respond to those who have been shortlisted.

How long do you keep my CV on record?

A CV sent on ‘spec’, will be kept on file for up to 1 year. An application for a specific role, unless you request otherwise, will be held on file until the role has been filled.

How long is the recruitment process?

We tailor our recruitment process according to the specific role for which we are advertising. Typically, there are 2 stages: the first involves an interview to evaluate your personality fit with the company and the role, as well as verbal and numerical psychometric testing; the second stage consists of an interview with the line manager and HR business partner and can require case study analysis.

How creative can I be in the format I use to submit my CV?

In the spirit of openness, we are happy to receive your CV in any format so you can use as much or as little creativity as you feel appropriate.

How long before I'm eligible for the benefits scheme?

You are eligible for the benefits scheme from your start date, no matter whether you are permanent or contract employee.

I am keen to move because I have become pigeon-holed where I am. Will I suffer the same problem at Danone?
